* Express Coverage Replacement Terms & Conditions:
1) Express Coverage for LCD Monitors ONLY: In the first 30 days after sale date, we will exchange for new product if the same model is available.
2) Express Coverage for Notebook Computers ONLY: In the first 25 days after the product has arrived (based on the shipping company’s tracking information), we will exchange for new product if the same model is available.
3) Express Coverage fees are NOT refundable, and will not be refunded even in the event merchandise is fully returned.
4) e-dailywarehouse.com will replace or repair products purchased for our Express Coverage up to three (3) times. After three (3) replacement or repair attempts, and the subsequent replacement product is still unsatisfactory, we reserve the right to offer a refund for the product. Please note that the Express Coverage fees charged cannot be refunded.
5) *ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING & INCLUDED MATERIALS* (ie: boxes, cables, manuals, etc.) must be intact and included with your RMA, or the RMA for the Express Coverage may be rejected and/or additional charges may be levied.
6) Express Coverage for Notebook Computers ONLY: e-dailywarehouse.com offers 25 days RMA coverage. e-dailywarehouse.com is not liable for data loss, or damages resulting from data loss. Express Coverage does not cover accidental damage and/or defects.
7) If a product was purchased with Express Coverage has been exchanged three (3) times for a manufacturer’s defect, or the manufacturer has attempted repair for more than three (3) times, or the product has been discontinued, or the exact model is not available, an equivalent replacement (with similar brand, specifications and value) may be selected as a replacement product, or an refund of not more than 85% of the purchase price of the product may be offered, solely upon the discretion of e-dailywarehouse.com. Customers will be consulted regarding the replacement product before an exchange of this nature is executed.
8) LCD monitors purchased from NCIX.com WITHOUT the Express Coverage plan will only be exchanged or replaced with 8 or more dead pixels on a monitor, as per most manufacturer’s warranties. Every manufacturer has different policies regarding dead pixels and defective products, and a manufacturer may be contacted by the customer for additional manufacturer’s warranty coverage in that event. Express Coverage cannot be purchased on a product after the initial sale.
9) Notebook Computers purchased from e-dailywarehouse.com WITHOUT the Express Coverage plan will only be exchanged or replaced with 8 or more dead pixels on the LCD monitor, as per most manufacturer’s warranties, and is subject to e-dailywarehouse.com’s standard satisfaction and RMA policies only. Every manufacturer has different policies regarding dead pixels and defective products, and a manufacturer may be contacted by the customer for additional manufacturer’s warranty coverage in that event. Express Coverage cannot be purchased on a product after the initial sale.
10) Products marked or labelled as “open box”, “refurbished”, “reconditioned”, or “no exchanges” do not qualify for this service. Reconditioned, refurbished or “no exchange” LCD monitors and notebook computers are subject to a 12 dead pixel policy.
11) Express Coverage may not be offered for all products. Special order items (products we do not normally carry) or specialty products may be excluded from Express Coverage. Please ask your sales representative for additional details.
12) In the event that Express Coverage is purchased without the ExpressRMA option, NCIX.com will only provide 11 months for most Express Coverage services, including: cross shipment replacements, pre-paid RMA shipping, pre-paid ground shipping for replacement products.
13) If the UPC bar code is removed from the orginal product box, we will only exchange the product itself, and NOT the box and other packaging. If there is a rebate offer on a product, please inspect the product carefully before submitting a rebate.
14) In-Store Customers: Please expect 1 business day for processing your Express Coverage, depending on store volume.
15) Maximum liability for e-dailywarehouse.com’s Express Coverage is the Express Coverage fee charged at the time of purchase.
16) Express Coverage may not be available for all products within a category, based solely upon the discretion of e-dailywarehouse.com. Products sold without Express Coverage or that are not included in the Express Coverage program qualify for the manufacturer’s warranty coverage.
